the last hoorah

It looks like my blogging marathon of Deebz and Stean adventures unfortunately needs to come to an end today. As I type this, Deebz is on her way home to Tampa, FL (making a quick stop in Chicago on the way). Fish, Turlz and I took her to the airport this morning to send her off! I miss her already, but my mom and I plan to go visit her in August and of course she will be back here in December.

Last night, in order to celebrate both Turlz' (early) 19th birthday and Deebz' last night in NOVA, we went to Otani Japanese Restaurant. It was sooo delicious, and of course Deebz and I won the prize for scraping our plates clean. And I even got to eat Tesla's leftovers!

After dinner we came back to my house to eat the cookie cake that Fish and Deebz made for Turlz and to have one last hangout with our Deebz.

I was really hoping to watch Never Say Never, but most of the girls objected. So we watched some Everybody Loves Raymond and reminisced on the 90's and 2000's when our favorite artists were Aaron Carter and Jessica Simpson.

It has been quite an action-packed 2 weeks full of laughter, fun, adventures, relaxation, and friends. So I leave you with this quote...
